Indore having every ingredient of a metropolitan city is one of the pioneers in IT as well. Indore has IT Park in the name of Crystal IT Park situated in Bhanwarkuan Chauraha on Khandwa Road opposite Devi Ahilya University.
This area is well connected to railway station and International Airport of Indore. Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (MPAKVN) Indore, a state government undertaking is the promoter of this IT Park.
This place has been introduced by State Government with a purpose of providing good infrastructural support to IT companies to set up their units and open new avenues of development here. There are other such IT Parks, SEZs also proposed in the city in coming years and proposals are already in stage of development for the same.

Till date, there are many companies planning to take space on rent in this park spread over 21.04 acres. Out of this land area, around 140000 sq ft in one building has already been allotted to companies. From small to medium and even large IT companies like Infosys, TCS, Emphasis, and Genpact are expected to launch their units very soon while three companies have already done so. They are:
Impetus Infotech (India) Pvt. Ltd: The company has taken 1, 00,000 sq ft of space on which it is planning to commence software development and other IT enabled services. With investment of Rs. 25 crores, it expects to export about Rs. 423 crores in next five years.
Intellicus Technologies Pvt. Ltd: It has taken 30, 000 sq ft of space for its IT and IT enabled services in including software development. The company has planned to invest Rs. 2.5 crores and anticipated exports worth Rs. 35 crores in time of 5 years.
Cleartrial Technologies Pvt. Ltd: On 10, 000 sq ft of space allotted to this company, it is planning to invest Rs. 5 crores with an estimated exports value of Rs. 85 crores over 5 years.
