Indore Development Authority (IDA)

IDA implements the Master Plan of Indore that is developed by the Town and Country Planning office (TCPO) in Bhopal . Master plan given by the Bhopal TCPO office is implemented by the IDA through different methodologies.

IDA also gives the common man a platform to participate in the development and urbanization of the city of Indore. Lands are offered to eople at a reasonable rate and it is always advisable to the the people to invest in an authorized colony.

Though private players are allowed to invest in Indore, it is IDA who regulates and control the development.
